Group Run/ Walk

April 24

This is our official launch date for SoulJoy Sweat Club with S.WAGFIT! We will start light with a walk/run. The plan is to walk 0.5m, run 1 mile, then finish with a 0.5m walk. We will be running a group 5k at the end of May <3 !! Details in club chat.

Group HIIT Workout

Our first HIIT workout with WPB Fitness Trainer, Sydney Wagner will be high-energy and on the BEACH and will end with a sunset dip (of course). Details will be in the club chat.

Group 2 Mile Run

With the 5k just two weeks away, we will be running 2 miles together, building confidence and continuing to cultivate our friendships. Route will be announced before the run in the community chat.
